Chatbooks - Photo book creation

I had a frustrating experience trying to get the right cover in a chatbook app. Switched to the correct one but had to constantly close and reopen it because things weren't loading properly. Updating my payment info took me around 20 minutes. Despite these challenges, I really like the product and find the app user-friendly when it's working properly. However, it's those small issues that make what should be an easy process turn into a hassle.

Oh, I found it pretty easy and enjoyable to use! There were just a few issues. For instance, when I wanted to edit the text in one of the captions, it didn't work. Also, the last step of placing orders was kind of tough. I had to enter my details and codes repeatedly for it to work. But despite these challenges, I think it's a fantastic tool for creating memory books!

Oh, how I adore flipping through these adorable books! It brings me so much joy to have these treasured memories for our darling baby girl. We can cherish these pictures of her as a tiny tot forever. I created a special book filled with our maternity photos from a month before she arrived, so we'll always remember those precious days when she was snug in my belly. Deciding on just 30 photos from my phone each month is quite the challenge, but oh so worth it for the memories that will last a lifetime.

Creating these small books for my baby is such a joy! The moments captured are now away from my phone and in our hands to delight in together. I think it would be fantastic if they had a version with sturdy paper, so my little one could explore the books without me being anxious about them getting torn. While the app can sometimes have issues, my admiration for these books remains strong. The customer service was truly exceptional when I faced challenges ordering a book from a previous month.

Oh my goodness, this app has been causing me so many headaches! I really like the idea behind it, but the only reason I kept using it was because I wanted to have a complete set of matching books for my baby's first year. I've reached out to support because I couldn't send my project to print. I've had to make separate albums on my phone just to upload the pictures I want because the app doesn't show me all of my photos. It's so frustrating, with images not cropping or uploading properly most of the time. But when you can finally get through all those issues, the books turn out great.

The service of chat books is really amazing and a great deal. But the app can be a bit glitchy sometimes. I've had multiple occasions where my photos didn't work properly. Once, it wouldn't send my book to print without talking to customer service many times. The app would freeze and crash quite often too. If I made a mistake with a photo and wanted to change it, the app wouldn't let me. It can be frustrating at times. I hope they can improve the app so that the overall service becomes even more amazing.

It's really annoying how long it takes and the process of fixing photos! It feels like I have to edit and save a photo multiple times before it looks right. When I switched to editing on the computer, it didn't show the album I had already created. I am excited about this idea, but it definitely needs improvement. It would be great if I could rename the month books to something like "My First Month" for my baby.
