What delivery methods does Chedraui have?

At Chedraui, we offer home delivery or delivery to physical stores for all online and telephone purchases.

How do I choose the delivery method for my products?

You only have to follow the following steps before starting to search and add your products:

1. Select "Add address", located at the top right of the Online Store or in the bottom menu of the app.

2. Choose your delivery method: "Home Delivery" or "Pick Up in Store".

3. Enter and confirm your address.

Before paying, schedule the date and time of delivery of your products, either at home or in a physical store.

Does the delivery of my products have an additional cost?

Picking up your order in store does not have an extra cost. If you want to receive it at your home, the shipping of your order will have an additional shipping cost.

Can I pick up my order from my car?

Yes. In our Chedraui stores, we have created a space called Pick Up. You can park in this space and, with your order number, request that your purchases be delivered directly to your car.
