Where is my order?

You can track your order directly from this link:

To find more information about the tracking of your order, log into your account to access the history of your orders.

You will find the status (in production) or the tracking link of each of your orders, by clicking on "track this order" if it has already been handed to our carrier. 

Royal Mail delivery :

Royal Mail is our main carrier for the United Kingdom. They will leave your package in your mailbox if it's secure and most importantly, if it fits.

If this isn't the case and if you aren't at home at the moment of the delivery, you will get a note informing you of where you can go to pick up your package.

If your package is said to have been delivered but you haven't actually received it, please get in touch with us and include your order number so that we can have a look at it and find a quick solution.

In which country can your order be delivered?

If you would like to be delivered abroad, you just need to indicate the country when you fill out your delivery address.

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Please note that for logistical reasons, every delivery taking place outside of the UE will be express.

What are the customs fees?

In case of a delivery outside of the EU, the fees do not include any additional customs fees that may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

The amount of those taxes/fees varies from one country to another and the customer will have to get in touch with the local authorities to follow the procedure regarding imported goods.
