Chess - Strategic chess battles

Having a good time with it. Got it a couple of days ago and already reached the Master level. Not sure if the ratings are completely reliable. Some games were tough even on expert level. Noticed that AI makes some silly errors at times. There were instances where I made mistakes, but AI didn't capitalize on them. This only occurs occasionally, maybe around 10 percent of the time. Seems like it considers human errors or oversights. Overall, it's a fun game!

It's a great app that never messes up, no matter how many games you play. It always matches your chosen level perfectly. Even its mistakes are relevant to the difficulty level. The board is easy to look at, and the hints it provides are helpful. This app has really helped me get better at chess, from being a beginner to becoming more advanced. The game is good, but the lower levels are too easy. I'm not great at chess, but I reached the 'Master' level quickly. I wish there was a resign option. Overall, the game is well made, no annoying ads, and decent graphics (although the sound can be irritating).

I think it would be helpful if the removed pieces could be placed next to the board and have the last one highlighted. Sometimes, when the computer makes its move and removes a piece, I'm not sure which one it took. Then I have to undo the move, which isn't ideal. It would also be great to have a timer included. In general, I find the game very impressive in terms of its gameplay, graphics, and programming.

It would be great if you could introduce a Greyscale theme to make it easier to differentiate between the pieces, especially when playing with a black and white screen before going to bed.
