    The application is awesome. Just one issue with how they calculate player ratings - when playing consistently with the same person, our ratings drop even though we've improved a lot. But the daily puzzles, training, videos and challenges are really helpful for quick improvement.

    Update to my review: Although there are still issues with this app. Some players intentionally or accidentally delay games. When I disconnect, I get kicked out quickly, but when others do, it takes a while for them to resign. It's not entirely their fault and they shouldn't be heavily penalized or reported. A complete revamp of the app would be beneficial.

    The lessons format was better before because it was more intuitive and had a smoother flow. The mobile app doesn't keep track of the lesson order correctly. It would be great if they could change it back to the original format.

    The free version of the app seems kinda pointless. You can't review puzzles you got wrong to learn from them. When I play puzzle rush in elimination mode and make a mistake, it just moves on without explaining why. It feels like a waste of time since I can't improve.

    I found a nice app. I asked about a feature in my last review where you can play with someone beside you. The developers said it's in Play-more-pass and play. I'm not sure if they mean the "more" tab on the bottom right. If that's it, I can't find the pass and play feature. Developers, please explain clearly. Thanks.

    I found a great chess app that I really like. It has many cool features, so I decided to upgrade to Premium. One suggestion is to keep the themes from the packs like cat pack and chess clash pack. It would be helpful to navigate through the lessons more easily, especially since I already know most of them. I also enjoy customizing the board, pieces, and background. Thanks for creating this app, I'm grateful for it.

    Having lessons every week is my only problem. If you switch to daily lessons, that would be fine. I know you want to promote your premium version, but feel free to add ads if needed. I just want to focus on learning the game without having to pay a subscription fee. Apart from that, the UI looks great and clean. It's easy to use and overall, it's a very good mobile app.

    This app is perfect for all players, and it's my go-to for relaxing. But there's a frustrating problem: the app automatically resigns when the network cuts out. It's set to resign after 60 seconds offline, but it often resigns in just 20 seconds. Sometimes, when it reconnects, you lose 1-2 minutes from your time even if your opponent hasn't moved yet. Half of my losses are because of this issue.

    Their in-game clock needs to be fixed. I made a move, but my time decreased when the opponent eventually moved, causing me to lose games. They seem to overlook or deny this issue, and respond to reviews by stating they have been experiencing network problems lately, even though it has been a persistent issue. They refuse to restore the lost ranking points. Try Lichess instead – it's free and much superior.

    You might face really good players when you're just starting out in the game. The response to my review mentioned the same problem I had. This makes it possible for top players to adjust their rating and match up with beginners. It ruined the game for me, so I didn't even finish playing it. Having to link it to other accounts also turns me off. I wish I could give it a lower rating.
