So, nowadays it's so easy to find information without having to deal with a bunch of annoying ads. But on the downside, I've been experiencing some issues with my phone. The keyboard gets sticky and sometimes the whole thing freezes out of the blue, and I can't even scroll. I find myself having to reboot it more frequently these days. On the bright side though, the web browser works better now and the ads I see are actually more interesting and tailored to my interests compared to before.

On May 14, 2019, I really liked the feature that allowed me to make videos "full screen" while holding my phone vertically. Unfortunately, this option was removed. It was so handy when I was on the go because it helped me maintain a better grip on my device. Also, it slightly enhanced the viewing quality by compressing the video into a smaller screen size. A big shout-out to the awesome Google engineers for creating such useful features! Thank you!

I don't really want to give it 4 stars because it's labeled as "Chrome BETA" and I already had a feeling it wouldn't be perfect. But gosh, most of the time this thing is just so glitchy. I do like the idea of trying out new cool features, but dealing with all the issues isn't worth it. The unpredictable nature of this browser is frustrating, I never know what to expect when I open it - whether it's going to have a different interface, layout, bugs, or stability problems. There are some advantages to using this browser over the regular one, but it's definitely not suitable for everyone.

Everything was going well with my experience, but in the past week or so, I started encountering a debug pop-up every time I switched between sites or pages. I tried to solve this problem in the Developer Options, but unfortunately, it still keeps popping up. 🤔 In an update on December 30th, 2020, I must say that I'm quite happy with how Chrome Beta is performing. The browser has definitely improved its functions and accessibility compared to when I first reviewed it. The only thing I wish I could adjust is the amount of space it consumes, but I am not certain if that's something changeable.

I really like Chrome Beta. I added it to my phone's home screen and I use it all the time. I've never encountered any problems with it, and it's super user-friendly.

I am a huge fan of Chrome Beta! It's great because I get way fewer notifications that can be annoying. Unlike regular Chrome, it doesn't randomly change my system settings without asking, which gets on my nerves sometimes. Chrome Beta is just perfect for me! It always takes me directly to the page I want to visit. Google, please continue to support it because it is truly awesome and makes me so happy! 😁😁😁

So, today I noticed that the dark mode feature stopped working after an update. The Google news feed still appears dark, but when I visit other websites, the dark mode function is no longer there. Sometimes, only the top header is dark, while the rest of the text is on a white background. I'm not happy about this issue, as it's happening on both the beta and standard versions.

So, like, the most recent update that rolled out in early September 2023 kind of caused some major issues either with the app itself or maybe with Android on my Note 20 Ultra that's running Android 13. Now, when I open the browser in the app, it starts refreshing the page, which is super annoying. And then this craziness happens where the page keeps refreshing even faster until it's like a crazy strobe light effect, which totally messes things up and I have to force close the app. It's been almost a month and the problem still hasn't been resolved as of September 24th, 2023.

I'm not really someone who typically tries out beta versions of software, but I recently encountered some issues with Chrome. Lately, whenever I opened it, the first page would freeze. And when I closed all my tabs, the screen would go blank. So, I decided to take on the Beta challenge, you could say. After playing around with it a bit, I managed to delete the AT&T header and bring back the old display. Since then, things have been going pretty well. For anyone curious, here's how to do it: Go to Settings, turn on Home Page, and set it to Chrome's Home Page.

Lately, I've been having trouble with my downloads getting stuck and not completing. It seems to happen more often with larger files. Every time I try to download something, I keep getting a warning asking if I want to proceed because the file can be used by anyone. Even if I click "yes," the warning pops up multiple times, causing the download to either halt midway or not finish at all. It's frustrating because no matter what security settings I have, the warning keeps appearing. Oddly enough, this only happens when I use Chrome as my browser. Having to switch to a different browser just for downloads is quite inconvenient.
