Every time you open the app, there’s an update waiting. So frustrating! You just want to get things done, not deal with all these updates. It feels like a never-ending cycle.

Creating an account feels overwhelming. Too many personal details requested. Just wanted to check the movie listings. The old version was simple. No emails or ID numbers asked. Easy access to what’s playing, that’s all I needed.

It keeps nagging about having an outdated app version. So frustrating! You try to open it, and bam! That message pops up again. You just want to use the app, but there's this constant reminder. It feels like a roadblock every time you log on. So annoying!

It used to work perfectly since I installed it. Recently, it just stopped. I updated it, hoping that would fix things, but no luck. I tried calling the theater's office multiple times. No one ever picks up. Frustrating!

Hey team, I have just two stars left. Can someone help me get my tickets? Honduras is no longer an option. Cinemark isn't available there anymore, even in the app.

The new update improved the app's stability and visibility.

The user experience is terrible. I can’t register without a membership card I don’t own and really don’t want. Every time I want to buy a ticket, I have to enter all my details again. The payment process has bugs too. It errors out and doesn’t recognize any of my cards. Uninstalling this app now!
