Cineplex Plus turns the app into your digital rewards card

In our new app, you will earn PLUS points with each visit and unlock exclusive benefits that you definitely won’t want to miss.

How it works

You collect PLUS points through various activities with us. The more points you gather, the higher you rise in the PLUS levels, gaining even more benefits.

Registration

When you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome gift of 500 PLUS points along with a bag of popcorn!

Spending

You will earn 10 PLUS points for every euro spent.

Rate films

Rate the movies you’ve watched in our app and earn 10 PLUS points for each review!

Recommend friends

Invite a friend to join Cineplex PLUS, and both of you will receive 100 PLUS points when they make their first ticket purchase as a Cineplex PLUS member.

Buying tickets

You’ll receive 20 PLUS points for each online ticket booking!

Early Bird

If you book your tickets online four days prior to the screening, you’ll get an additional 20 PLUS points.

Every ticket counts!*

With every visit, you get closer to a free ticket: Every 11th ticket you buy is on us!

*Every purchased ticket counts, including those for your companions (maximum of 2 tickets per screening).

The last 12 months count!

The points collected in the last 12 months form the basis for reaching your status level: You remain at your level if you make a defined number of cinema visits (counted by the number of film screenings attended with the purchase of at least one cinema ticket without redeeming a free ticket) per year. To remain at Levels 1 and 2, you must visit the cinema once per year and purchase a ticket (no free ticket used). From Level 3 onwards, you must visit four times per year. If you do not reach this number of visits, you will be downgraded by one status level and the corresponding status points will expire. Unredeemed free tickets expire after 36 months.

Our fine print:

1 | One-time use on the day of popcorn purchase during counter opening hours.

2 | Excludes special events (e.g., no film screenings), discounted screenings, and events organized by third-party providers.

3 | Tickets booked during the free month can only be used by the PLUS member themselves. They are personal and valid only for 2D screenings. Bookings for films running in parallel are not permitted.

4 | By arrangement, maximum number of participants: 10 people.

5 | Excludes Pick & Mix sweets. Voucher sales will be credited upon redemption.

6 | Maximum once per screening.
