2.Register using your passport, valid driver’s license, and bank card. A minimum driving experience of one year and an age requirement of 20 years apply.

What to do in case of an accident?

Call 112. If there are casualties, call an ambulance, then the traffic police.

Do not terminate the lease. We will recalculate later so that you do not overpay.

Turn on the parking brake and hazard warning lights.

Warn if the car is not running after the accident.

While you are waiting for the traffic police, take a photo of the accident:

your car in general, and the damage in close-up, but so that the license plate is visible;

another car or object that you collided with — the same angles;

all cars after the accident in general — the license plates should be clearly visible;

the MTPL policy of the other participant in the accident.

Send the photo to we@citydrive.ru or through the "Support Service" section in the application.

Register the accident, receive all the documents from the traffic police officers and put them in the glove compartment. Do not take the documents with you — if we do not receive them, you will receive a fine of up to 15,000 ₽.

If you, passengers or your property were injured, inform the traffic police officers about this when drawing up the accident documents.

In case of additional investigation of the accident, you need to come to the traffic police to receive the final document indicating the culprit of the accident. If you do not provide us with the final documents indicating the culprit, then a fine of 15,000 ₽ is also provided for this. The fine can be issued even if you are not the culprit of the accident, but you have not provided us with documents proving your innocence. If the damage is minor, for example, a scratch or a small dent, then after the accident is registered, you can continue driving. If you want to end the lease, then first park according to the traffic rules. And if the car is not running, wait for our specialists.

How to get a discount on your first trip or use another promo code?

You can enter the promo code when registering or after it — in the “Promo codes for yourself and a friend” section of the app. The discounted price will be on the receipt after the trip. In both cases, you need to enter and activate the promo code before booking a car.

How much does Citydrive cost?What are the rates?

Citydrive has:

per-minute rate for short trips;

rates from 2 hours to 7 days for long trips;

"Fix" rate with a pre-determined price.

Pricing for each individual rate depends on the user's reputation in the application.

Per-minute rate

The per-minute rate has three options with different prices:

"Use" - turns on when you start the car and turns off when you turn off the engine;

"Parking" - applies if you turn off the engine, close the doors via the application, but have not completed the rental, and also if the free booking time has expired, but the car has not yet been started;

"Transfer" - if you leave the car outside the green zone, then you pay for minutes under the "Parking" option until someone else picks up the car.

In the per-minute rate, the rental cost depends on the car class, current promotions and additional options. A minute of renting the most basic car costs from 9.17 ₽ for "Use" and 4.4 ₽ for "Parking" and "Transfer".

The per-minute tariff has dynamic pricing, it is valid in all cities. Prices depend on demand, the number of cars in the area, traffic jams, day of the week and time of day.

Tariffs from 2 hours to 7 days

They are for travel and other long trips. You pay a fixed amount for the rental itself plus for each kilometer of the way.

The cost of renting at tariffs from 2 hours to 7 days depends on current promotions, car class and additional options. Prices start from 329 ₽ for 2 hours and 8 ₽/km.

In Moscow, there is dynamic pricing in the "2 hours" and "3 hours" tariffs. Prices depend on demand, the number of cars in the area, traffic jams, day of the week and time of day. Dynamic pricing does not apply to tariffs from 6 hours in Moscow.

Fix Tariff

In the fix tariff, you specify the final address and immediately see the cost of the trip.

The trip time is limited and can change on the go due to traffic jams. The countdown starts when you start moving after booking and inspection. We inform you when there are 5 minutes left. If the free booking and inspection are over, and you have not yet left, the minutes of downtime are charged according to the Parking option.

You need to finish the rental as close to the address as possible - in the arrival zone, which is indicated by a green dotted line. If you do not have time or arrive at the wrong place, the trip will be recalculated at a per-minute rate.
