■ Items to check if coupon cannot be applied

1. If the purchase amount is insufficient or the product is not eligible for the coupon

- You can check the applicable products, expiration date, and applicable amount in [My Page>Discount Coupon].

2. In the case of special products that cannot be applied with coupons

- Subscription and some products may be set as not eligible for coupons. In this case, even products that belong to the coupon discount category cannot be applied to the coupon.

- Products that cannot be applied to coupons can be checked as 'Excluded Products' on the detail page of the product.

3. If you've already applied another coupon

- Coupons are applied to one product and one coupon, and they cannot be applied in duplicate even if the coupons are of different types.

[Cancellation/Exchange/Return] How do I send the item for exchange or return?

Within 2~5 days after receiving the return/exchange (excluding weekends and holidays), please pack the product as it was in the original receipt condition and deliver it to the courier, and keep the exchange/return waybill. If you return it at will, we will not be able to verify the contents of the item, so exchange/refund may not be issued or may be delayed. Please be sure to submit your return and follow the procedure.

What are the criteria for free shipping?

Free shipping is available for purchases of 30,000 won or more (40,000 won or more for cookkits) for the same type of delivery, and 3,000 won will be charged for the actual payment amount of less than 30,000 won.

For example:

If you purchase 'Room Temperature 25,000 KRW / Refrigerated & Frozen 28,000 KRW' based on the actual payment amount, the delivery fee will be charged 3,000 won each, resulting in a total delivery fee of 6,000 won.

※However, if the shipping type includes a free shipping product, it is free shipping even if it is less than 30,000 won.

[point/coupon] What are the criteria for CJ ONE Points?

CJ ONE Point Accumulation is a benefit of CJ The Market that returns 0.5% of the payment amount as points as a thank you for your purchase.

You can earn the amount of 'point accrual' indicated on the product detail page.

(It will be paid the day after delivery, and you must download it directly from [My Page>My CJ ONE Points] within 90 days from the date of ordering.)

However, the points awarded may vary depending on the customer level and actual payment amount.
