I love how easy it is to buy through the app from Claro. I think they should really get 3 stars because their system has some flaws, but those same flaws have actually worked out in my favor. Customer service is awful, though. For some reason, male agents have been more attentive to the issue I'm currently facing with an order that they keep charging me for even though their system shows it as unauthorized. The truth is, I'm still dealing with the same problem up to this date.

This company is involved in consumer fraud. They should be avoided at all costs, just like a highly contagious disease. Their customer service is terrible and I have nothing positive to say about them.

The app is not working. I have been trying to make my payment for a week now, but the app won't let me access my credit. It keeps asking me to wait, and the due date has already passed. They will probably start charging me penalties because of the app issue. What's worse is that there is no response from customer service.

I tried to get in touch, but the customer service is non-existent. I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram, no response. I called four times on different days and was put on hold for up to 35 minutes without getting through to anyone. The WhatsApp is useless as it's just a robot that can't help me.
