    Got prompted to verify using LinkedIn. Don't really like LinkedIn's app, but still downloaded it and completed all verification steps. However, when I used my Google Voice phone number, it didn't work, so I used my carrier number instead. I went through the whole process again, entering my password and uploading my documents, including passport, driver's license, and COVID vaccination information. But then, it said, "Something went wrong, try again later." Tried again later, got the same message. If this issue isn't fixed, I'll delete the app. You've wasted my time so far. Will give 5 stars if resolved. Can you help me out?

    So, this app was simple to use. It was kind of freaky how they could track me down using facial recognition. And then I remembered that I had actually signed up for Clear before for my flights.

    Referring to Clear, it's not worth the money you spend on it. It might help a bit at sports games, but airports? Nope. All it does is save you from showing your ID at TSA. That's all. You still have to wait in line. And the app? It's a mess. Good luck logging in or resetting your password. If you're fed up, just call 855.clearme to cancel. They won't even argue - they know they're not worth it.

    The app was simple when scanning a QR code, but inputting the vaccine passport manually was difficult. It would be great if they could add OCR for your vaccine card.

    One-star rating for HealthPass feature. Tried using it for a Hawaii trip. Had to upload ID photo but kept failing despite rescanning face. Switched to CommonPass, which was easy and didn't need ID input. Recommend CommonPass over Clear for linking Covid record with Hawaii Safe Travels site.

    It's been tough. Trying to use the app is like navigating in the dark without a flashlight. I experimented by adding an event to my Health Pass and now I can't remove it, as there's no option for that. I'll just have to wait 719 hours for it to expire. Frustrating!

    The service called Clear is a joke. I have never gone through security faster with it than the regular line, not even once. Plus, half the time, the scanners don't work, and the person there just keeps fiddling with them, wasting more time. It's like you're actually paying to go through security much slower. Many times, my friends who use the regular security line are already waiting for us after passing through while we're still stuck at Clear.

    After understanding all the complicated legal terms and locating your event, it's straightforward to use. It scanned all items correctly on the first try. I would just suggest adding a search function for finding events.
