Cloud: Video, photo storage - Media storage & backup

I'm cool with it but it suddenly switched to Japanese or something and I can't figure out how to change it back to English. It's really annoying.

I received media, so I stored it on the cloud to keep it safe. No one told me to name my files when more photos kept coming in. Now I want to look at them, but they have strange names. Additionally, my photos were taken off different clouds without me knowing and now they're mixed with the ones labeled oddly. Videos arrived separately based on where they came from, but now everything is jumbled together and the creator is unknown. Is there a way to organize and name videos and pictures for future use?

Using Android version 7.1.2 on a Meizu 15 Lite device with an app version dated June 28, 2019. There are two issues. First, notifications sometimes display conflicting information with the app. For example, the app message might say 'download complete' while the notification shows '~downloading 76/76 456MB of 456MB'. The other problem is that for large downloads (at least a few gigabytes), the download can suddenly stop despite having a working Wi-Fi connection. This second issue started about two weeks ago and now happens consistently.

This app has good functions but no offline mode. However, the recovery process is very slow.

I found this affordable and practical extra tool super helpful for staying organized. I'm enjoying using it a lot. Soon, I'll be using it even more to better manage my devices. I hope it remains cost-effective and doesn't become too pricey later on like what usually happens in the Play Store. Developer, please keep it as it is – it's great.
