The Korean size is one size smaller than the international size.

If you are S in US size, we suggest that you choose M in Korean size.

We still recommend that you measure your own clothes and compare the size information on each product page. 

Sometimes you will see 44, 55, 66 as sizes.

It is Korean size for 44(S), 55(M), 66(L)

FREE size means that there is only one size for that product.

FREE size is similar to small or medium in the US. The reason why we do not specify a specific size is due to the fact that each brand has different dimensions.

Paypal's shipping address is different from my actual shipping address. what should I do?

Codibook ships to the shipping address that the customer registered on our website. We do not use the shipping address registered with PayPal.

My product is sold out, what happened?

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We do not have an inventory for some products in our mall.

We prepare the products after the order is placed which makes it possible to check whether the order is delayed or out of stock only after settlement.

If the order is delayed or sold out, we will inform you by email.

Considering the changes in season or current fashion, the design also changes rapidly, which leads to the difficulty in keeping a large inventory.

Products might be out of stock due to a lack of raw material or some defectiveness of the product.

As for popular items, please understand that it might be sold out quicky.

Why is the name on the tag different from the brand name you purchased?

Some of the Korean shopping malls(brands) produce their own products, but most of them usually purchase the product from the wholesalers and restyle it and sell it.

The wholesaler's tag could be attached to it and it doesn't mean that it's the defected. Please understand it.
