You have a good idea there, but I'm having trouble signing up because I haven't received the text message for confirmation. I've tried multiple times already.

I don't get why they use an app. I've tried on different machines and various trains. None of them connect at all. Using these apps, I realize how advanced digital payment and shopping tech is in India. Europe talks about being advanced, but they still depend on cash. Feels like they're stuck in the 2000s.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I've been robbed by machines multiple times, so I reached my breaking point and filed a big complaint. But all they told me was to download an app that doesn't even work now, the same one you guys were just talking about. What a joke. The customer service sucks. They're just a bunch of thieves making millions. First, they kicked out the small businesses in the stations, and now this.

Using vending machines can be frustrating at times. This is because the software on the machine may not be compatible with the phone app due to different companies developing them. As a result, developers may overlook system errors or fail to collect data for analysis and improvement. It's best not to depend on this for your needs, as it could lead to disappointment.

It's really inconvenient to connect on the machines. It's even worse when you have to offer coffee to your colleagues: you have to connect every time and it's very annoying instead of just keeping the connection.

The app works, but half of the time the vending machines don't work. Please fix them. Update: It works! Thank you.

The app is really good for topping up your credit using a credit card or coin. The only issue is disconnecting the credit from the coffee machine, as it often takes multiple tries. This process can be time-consuming at work. So, it would be great if you could work on improving this function.
