How to report harmful or inappropriate content in-game 

Report Image

When browsing the images shared by members of the community in search of inspiration, you may come across an inappropriate image or an artist with an inappropriate name. If this happens, you can report the image directly to us via the following steps:

1. Tap on the image you wish to report.

This will open the image’s profile.

2. Tap on the  icon in the top right corner of the image, as shown above.

This will make the ‘Report inappropriate content’ button visible on your screen.

3. Tap ‘Report inappropriate content’.

Once you’ve done so, the image will be sent to us for investigation! We will investigate every report that is sent to us, but for security and confidentiality reasons we will not be able to disclose any details or outcomes of the investigation process.

How can I get new pictures?

New pictures are released on a daily basis!

If you wish to unlock the VIP images, you must choose a subscription. Subscribers have access to all images available in the app!

How can I import a picture so I can color it?

The Import feature allows users to take or import a picture to pixelate and color!

The colors that are chosen for the image are referent to the actual colors of the image. Users can set the difficulty (based on the number of pixels) by sliding the difficulty bar before or after taking the picture.

To import a picture, select the Import tab on the toolbar at the bottom of the page. Take a picture of a real object you want to color or use a Photo from your device's gallery!

This feature is currently available for iOS devices. This feature is exclusive for Color Unlimited subscribers, and Non-subscribers have limited access to it.

Why was my username changed?

If you found that your username was changed to ‘NAME VIOLATION’, it means that your original username was found to be in violation of our Fair Play & Safety Policy.

A non-exhaustive list of what we consider to be in violation can be found here.

Wildlife reserves the right to take all needed measures (without prior notice) in cases of any misconduct. That includes and does not limit to:

- Temporary game suspensions

- Permanent game account closure

- Username changes

- Image Removals

You are free to change your name to something non-violating afterwards, but please note that repeated name violations will result in more severe actions being taken against your account.

Why was my image deleted?

If you found that one or more of your images were deleted, it means that they were found to be in violation of our Fair Play & Safety Policy.
