What is included in the subscription?
With our mobile subscriptions, you can make calls, send SMS and MMS completely free within Sweden. It also includes surfing within the EU/EEA depending on which subscription you have chosen.
Surfing with 5G reaches speeds of up to 100 Mbit/s, it is included in all mobile subscriptions and all you need is a mobile phone with support for 5G.

How is the SIM card delivered?
The SIM card is sent to your mailbox. It usually takes 1-3 business days.
How much does it cost to call abroad?
If you have a subscription that allows you to call abroad, you will not pay anything extra in addition to your regular monthly cost if you call within the EU/EEA.
If you are abroad in the rest of the world, you will call at a variable cost that is added to your invoice afterwards. Select the country above on this page to see prices. You can also choose to buy an international package that includes international calls. If you have the GO subscription, you need +Saldo.

What is Resesurf?
With Resesurf, you surf at a daily fixed price. Every day (at 00:00 Swedish time) you get 1GB of surf. This for only 79 SEK per day.
How do I change my mobile subscription?
If you want to change your subscription, you can do so easily in My Account or in the app. When you are logged in, click on “Choose another subscription” and change to the subscription you want.
How do I get my invoice?
The invoice will be sent to your email. In My Account or the app, you can change to a different payment method.
