This also applies to numbers that can usually be reached free of charge at home or in the country you are visiting, e.g. 0800/00800 numbers. Even numbers for which statutory charges apply within Germany, e.g. 0180 numbers, can incur higher costs when calling from abroad.

3. How do I get a triple SIM?

All mobile phone contracts and prepaid cards that are ordered online will receive a triple SIM from us. Customers who already have a mobile phone contract or a congstar prepaid card and need a new SIM card in a different format can log into the congstar app and select "Contract" -> "SIM cards & eSIM" -> "Manage" -> "Exchange or block SIM card".

We charge a one-off fee of €15 for a card exchange, shipping is free.

4. Can I take my congstar mobile phone number with me to another provider?

You have the option of applying for a number portability order from a new provider.

You can get important information about the process of porting your phone number from the customer service of your preferred provider or on our information page.
