The game keeps freezing, what should I do?

Memory issues on your device, usually cause a game freeze/crash. The best way to fix these issues is to restart your device, which clears the memory (this will not cause any loss of data).

I purchased an item on my mobile device from the shop but I did not get it. Why?

Sometimes, mobile devices experience a weak Internet connection. After completing a purchase, the server needs to send back a PURCHASE OK message, which confirms that your payment was successful. If you lose Internet connection when this message is sent, your purchase may not be processed. If this happens please complete the following steps:

1. Go to the home screen of the game

2. Tap on the "Settings" icon

3. Tap on "Restore purchases" to restore your purchases

If I try to reinstall the game, will I lose my progress?

Yes, it will be lost when the application is deleted or the phone restored to factory settings.
