Couples Yoga - Pose challenges

Couples Yoga is an enjoyable activity where you manipulate a pair into tough poses! Have fun watching the yogis mimic your movements as you arrange their arms and legs to match the yoga positions displayed in the top corner. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of water and nature while you engage in playful posing with the fitness duo. In the beginning stages, you will test your posing skills by controlling just one yogi. Once you've demonstrated mastery in posing one, you'll advance to the more challenging and entertaining task of posing a couple doing yoga! As you advance through the levels, the poses become more demanding, and gym equipment is introduced to add some excitement. Maintaining balance is crucial for overcoming each level! COUPLES YOGA HINTS

Look at the picture

The first thing you need to be doing in Couples Yoga is looking at the picture of the pose you’re supposed to be pulling. Think about how you’re going to need to move the bodies to get them into the right position, and if there are any potential problems that are likely to arise from your movements.

Bend in stages

Get the lower half of the bodies into position, then work on the upper half. It’s a good idea to move the two yoga practitioners away from each other so you’ve got space to work on them and you’re not going to be accidentally moving the wrong parts of the wrong people. Move slowly and carefully and you’re doing just fine.

You don’t have to be perfect

Sometimes getting into the exact position is going to be too difficult. Instead, focus on getting a decent approximation and moving on to the next challenge. The game will flash up a blue button when you’re close enough to finish a level. You can skip if things are too difficult, but it’s unlikely that’s going to happen.

Use the equipment

Sometimes there’s equipment on the ground that you can use to make things easier on yourself. Look and see what’s there and then think about how you might be able to incorporate it into your position, using it as a guide to make sure things are in the right place at the right time.

Drop into place

You can complete your position above the ground and then when you tap to finish you’ll drop down onto the floor. In other words, don’t worry too much about where you are on the screen, just worry about being in the position you need to be in to finish the level and move on to the next one.
