The help I received was not helpful at all. I invested money into this app for features that I thought would last forever. I bought the "remove ads" and "coin doubler" on my previous phone. I think these should be transferred without extra cost. I find it unfair and selfish of the app developers to make players buy these items again. I used to love this app, but now I feel disappointed.

I love playing this game because it makes me think. But, when the tokens only go up to 10, it's not enough to complete a puzzle after playing for some time. Also, I can't watch any videos to get more tokens. It feels like I have to buy tokens in order to keep playing. If it wasn't for this issue, I would give it 5 stars.

So, when you don't have enough coins for the puzzle, they stop you from earning more tokens. I can now only play 2 games each day unless I decide to pay money. It's not really worth it, to be honest.

I see too many ads here. I understand you need money, but having an ad after every crossword is a bit much. It feels greedy. I would be okay with ads after a few crosswords. Having one after each one is too annoying. I might delete this app soon if it keeps up like this.

You downloaded our game and played every day. You saved up over 1200 coins, but then suddenly over 1000 coins disappeared from your game. It made you feel like the game cheated you. You don't like when this happens in any game, and you didn't like it in ours. You hope that if you download any more of our apps, they won't cheat you too.

I have been using this app for more than a year, and I must say it's not that great. I have completed most of the puzzles in the "world's biggest" section, but they keep using the same 30-40 words over and over again. Every time I finish a puzzle and start a new one, I see the same words repeated. I hardly ever use my coins because the puzzles are too easy and use very basic vocabulary. Lately, there are way too many ads popping up, and it's becoming too much for me. If I have to watch an ad every time I move to a new screen, I would prefer if the puzzles were more challenging and took longer than just 2 minutes to complete.

Hey, I discovered a bug in the game. When you choose the option to reveal letters that are only in the clue and then switch to another clue, all the letters that were hidden previously reappear for the first clue. It would be great if the game could ask for confirmation before using the hint feature.

The game is ok, but it keeps asking for money which is annoying. Lots of folks are struggling to pay bills and buy food nowadays, and every app seems to want more money. You're not getting any money from me, so please stop asking! Also, I've noticed that sometimes it reveals the first letters even though I keep refusing. I don't want any letters revealed at all.
