    Crownit used to be trustworthy, but now they are not transferring money to your bank account through UPI. It seems like a scam, so I would advise against using this app.

    Oh, I didn't have the app, but I did the surveys from the link in the text messages. After reading the reviews about the app, I uninstalled it right after downloading it. The people at Crownit...I'm not sure if they are just pretending to give Paytm money but actually scamming people by having them complete surveys and then not really paying out anything. The surveys start with random questions, throw you into a continuous loop, and then suddenly end without me realizing if it was actually finished!

    Oh man! So frustrating! Spent ages filling out surveys, only to have them error out on me. It's like they're just collecting my data for nothing. And then, after all that, some of them are like, "Sorry, you're not eligible." Ugh! I've done like 40 of these things and most of them just end in errors. I tried reaching out to support, but no luck there either. I'm done with this. Asked them to delete my account.

    Once upon a time, this app was really fun and exciting. However, now it's not letting us get our rewards, and we're not getting any vouchers at all - not in the app or through email. I've told them about this problem many times, but nothing has been fixed yet. It's really disappointing. I have sent them emails before too, but they still haven't replied.

    You receive a text message asking you to fill out a survey. After completing it, you are told that it will be manually checked or you might get disqualified. These surveys take a long time to load, even on different networks. Right now, Google reward points work best. They have short and quick questions with instant rewards. There aren't any unnecessary questions before each survey. Once your user profile is set up, they shouldn't keep repeating questions about your city, gender, products you use, and so on.

    Wow, this survey app is a total disaster. You complete the survey and bam! It hits you with a broken link message. And the crazy thing is, the link never even breaks during the survey. It feels like the app creators are playing dirty, trying to avoid giving out rewards to people doing the surveys. And when you try reaching out for help, it's like your messages are just going straight into the spam folder or something. I doubt they even bother reading these reviews. What a mess.
