FAQ

How do I use my Crumbs?

You can use Crumbs for ordering desserts, drinks, and cookie cutters! In-store, select "Rewards," enter your phone number, and confirm with a code sent to your phone. On the Crumbl App, start an order and look for your eligible rewards at the top of the page. You can also use your Crumbs from the "Redeem" section in the Rewards tab.

Can I use my gift card for online orders?

Yes! All physical Gift Cards can be redeemed on the Crumbl App by scanning the back of the card. Digital Gift Card funds can be added to your Crumbl account either by entering your unique digital code or by clicking the provided link.

How do I set notifications for my favorite cookies and desserts?

Stay updated on your favorite desserts by enabling notifications in the Crumbl App. First, make sure your phone settings allow notifications. Then, open the Cookie Journal and view your reviewed desserts. Click the bell icon next to each dessert to turn on notifications.

How do I get my review verified?

All in-app purchases automatically sync with the Cookie Journal. For in-store purchases, simply enter your phone number at checkout to sync with the Cookie Journal.

If a purchased cookie isn't in the Cookie Journal, don't worry! You can still verify your purchase. Tap the “+” button on the Cookie Journal home screen, find your cookie, add your review and rating, and then tap “Save." Select “Verify My Purchase” and enter your receipt ID. Tap “Done”—your review will be verified!

You can find your receipt ID at the top of your receipt in the Crumbl App by selecting “More,” then “My Account,” and finally, “Orders.”

    The interface needs a lot of work. I had to restart my order five times because it kept resetting in the app. I couldn't enter my gift card because I couldn't choose which camera is being used to scan, and there isn't a manual entry option. Entering my credit card was hard because the app seems stuck in a weird pop-up screen that is always greyed out, so you can't see what you're supposed to be entering. The fees aren't explained until you go to check out, and it forces a minimum tip.

    I think it's great that the store stays open until 10pm, which is super helpful for people who work long shifts. The app is user-friendly, but it doesn't let you track your order's progress to know if it might be ready sooner. You can only use it to let them know you're there for pickup. Also, if you get there just a minute early, it tells you to wait and try again, which can be frustrating.

    Oh man, so I was checking out this app, right? It looks great and it's super easy to get the hang of. I was just about to snag a 4-pack when I decided to go over my order. And then bam! The price shoots up by $10 after adding in the taxes, delivery fee, and a wee tip. They really should be clearer right from the start about the final cost. And hey, what's up with them wanting my exact location to leave a review on the app? An approximate location should be totally fine for that, and honestly, why ask for it at all?

    These cookies are so tasty! They're big, so it might take some time to finish one. Even after a day or two, they still taste amazing. However, there's one thing that bothers me. When I order in advance on the app and try to select 'I'm here', the button hardly ever works. The crew ends up having to add me to the line manually, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

    The latest update is making it difficult to order and pick up. It keeps kicking me out and I have to sign in multiple times a week. I can't order and have someone else pick up because my location doesn't show up at the store even though someone is there for pick up. We rely on these cookies for parties and events, but now I have to find time to go pick them up when someone else is helping with the pick up or delivery.

    So, like, I couldn't put my address because USPS couldn't check it. Then, I went to their website and checked my address. It worked straight away, no problems. Lots of people are having the same problem. They need to fix the app because I got so many errors just trying to make my account.

    The app is simple to use and makes sense. However, it would be helpful if there was a way to manually input your location instead of just relying on the automatic detection. I had to quickly go get cookies for a friend but couldn't use the app, leading to a really frustrating situation. It seems unnecessary for there to be such strict security measures for a cookie order, as it makes it difficult for friends and family to help out without it turning into a big hassle.
