CSCPay Mobile offers a convenient and intelligent laundry solution. This application enables you to pay for laundry cycles using Bluetooth to interact with the washer or dryer.

Simply utilize CSCPay Mobile to buy credit directly from the app, then utilize that credit for your laundry needs. 

A detailed statement is accessible to review your transaction history.

- Register, then open the app in your laundry area to begin doing laundry

- Initiate washers and dryers by scanning the QR code on the machine

- Check your balance, and top up your account

In supported laundry locations, you can check machine availability and receive alerts when your laundry cycle finishes.

General FAQ

Where is the machine ID located?

The machine ID is located on the top right front of the machine, or sometimes on the side. (Ex: 123-CSC)

My clothes are stuck in the machine. Are there any basic troubleshoot options?

Push the handle of the door in and hold in that position for a full 30 seconds. The door should release. (only front loaders; top loaders require service)

The coin slot is jammed. Are there any basic troubleshoot options?

Shake the side of the coin box to knock down the pyramid the coins had made to allow more coins. If this method works, no service is needed.

How can I request a refund from a machine?

To report one machine and request a refund, click on the link below. If funds were lost in two or more machines, please call our customer support line at (877) 264-6622. Please take note of the machine ID number(s) of the machine(s) that were used prior to your online submission or call. Follow the link in the question below to check the status of your refund.

How can I get refunded the balance on a laundry card?

If you would like a refund for the balance on a laundry card, please mail the card to: Attn: Card Services, 1204 W Bethel Rd Suite 160, Coppell, TX 75019. Please be sure to include Full Name, Property Name, Property Address, Mailing Address, Phone, Email, Estimated Amount on Card, and Indicate whether a check, new card, or CSC Pay/CSC Go balance transfer is needed. Please see your management office to ensure your property is eligible for this type of refund.

How can I check the status of my refund?

Click on the link below to check the status of your refund. You will need to enter your case ID number (beginning with C) or phone number to check your refund status.

    I used it before and it was great, no problems at all. But lately, when I opened the app, it took forever to load. I even deleted and reinstalled it, but that didn't work. Plus, when I tried to add money to my account, it showed an error. They charged me, but the money hasn't appeared in my account yet. I'm pretty let down by this experience.

    I wanted to share an update with you all! After leaving a one-star review, the developers reached out to me via email. They quickly figured out what was wrong and managed to fix it promptly. The app now works smoothly - you simply scan the machine's number after refilling it to start. I especially love the alert feature which pops up on my phone when my laundry is finished. Thank you to the developers for their speedy assistance!

    The app is quite useful, as it saves me from needing a lot of quarters. However, I have a tough time whenever I use it to do the laundry. The app keeps glitching and often crashes completely, making me restart it multiple times for just one load. It gets frustrating really fast! I do appreciate the timer feature, but it's annoying when it resets without warning.

    This app makes me so mad that I delay laundry just to avoid using it and the awful machines it works on. It's a bad sign when "Request Refund" is a main menu option. The app works, but it's slow and unreliable. Sometimes the machine doesn't start or the panel crashes. Don't use this company!

    Oh boy! The beginning was tough. You see, there's this machine in the apartment building for all the tenants to use. But hey, after more than a year now, everything has been smooth sailing with the washer and dryer. I gotta admit, this app made life so easy – you can do everything from it, even ask for help if something goes wrong. Just a heads up, there might be times when you'll need your credit card handy if the app is acting up. But all in all, it's been a great service.

    It seems that the app can't detect mobile data or Wi-Fi as internet connections, which prevents loading funds into the app. It consistently shows a message saying there's no internet connection whenever attempted to use it. As a result, the app has become ineffective at both a hotel and apartment complex. For the past six months, I've had to rely on using the card swipe as an alternative.

    The app is like the company's washing machine, it barely does the basics. Eventually, you can start a machine but it usually needs at least three tries to connect and shows many error messages (unable to locate machine, disconnected unexpectedly...). Unlike other QR code apps that scan easily in any conditions, with this app you must carefully align the image for it to work, otherwise it won't scan. It takes a long time to complete the process.
