I gave it 3 stars because the charges are still too high, and when I call, the talk time doesn't match what the app promises. Also, the quality is terrible.

I had a bad experience with an app that I don't use anymore. Today, I wanted to call a friend in Colombia. The app said the call would cost 0.02 per minute and I had over 30 cents credit. But when I tried to call, it said I didn't have enough credit. The same goes for calling Cuba. Even if I had 97 cents and the call was supposed to cost 50 cents per minute, I couldn't make the call. It's frustrating when you think you have enough credit but the app won't let you make the call.

I really like this app because it helps me support my family by paying for their phone service. It makes it easier for them to communicate with me.

They take your money whenever a call doesn't go through and don't give it back if no one asks for it!

I only use this app to send phone credit to my family in Cuba. When they have deals, the prices are good. But when there are no deals, I wouldn't suggest using this app. The calling rates are really high.

Every day it gets more expensive. Currently, it costs 22.99 USD to recharge with 20 units. However, Rebtel charges only 20 USD for the same service. I don't know why I keep using this rip-off. Take some time to research before you continue overpaying with Cuballama.
