Does Curb Accept Rideshare Drivers?
Curb currently operates with licensed taxi and FHV drivers. Please contact driver_support@gocurb.com for more details on how you can earn more with Curb.
Why Is There A Temporary Hold On My Card?
A temporary hold is placed on your payment method at booking as a way to ensure that there will be sufficient funds to cover the cost of your ride. This is not a charge, and it is automatically voided if your ride has been canceled. Depending on your bank/credit card company's policy, the hold will be removed within 3 to 5 business days.
How Do I Reset My Curb Password?
You can reset your password on the Sign In screen in the app. Please be sure to enter the email address that you used to create your account, as you will only receive a password reset email from us if you enter the correct email.
Why Did Curb Charge My Card When I Didn't Use The App?
Curb is not just an app. Curb also provides backseat credit card machines to cab companies throughout the US. You will see a charge from Curb whenever you use one of our machines to pay for a ride, even if you did not use the Curb app.

Make sure that you are logged out of the app, then press Sign In. There is a password reset feature on the Sign In screen. When prompted to enter your email address, please note that you must enter the email address that is linked to your Curb account to be able to receive the password reset email from Curb. If you have submitted your email address and have not received the automated email from Curb, please first check that you have entered the correct email and if so, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still need assistance, please contact support@gocurb.com. Please note that you must enter the email address that you used when you registered for your account. If you have tried to reset your password and have not received the reset email, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.

How do I add/remove a payment method in the app?
Go to the app's Settings menu and select Payments. You will then see a list of all available payment methods. If you press the small ">" to the right of a payment method, you will see the option to make it your default payment method or to delete it from the app. Please note that this cannot be done mid-ride. On the screen that lists all available payment methods, you will also see the option to add a new payment method.
