FAQs:
- How do I allow a spouse or adult family member to order refills for me?
Depending on how your plan is set up, you may be able to give adult family members permission to access your account. To do this:
Have each adult in your plan register separately with a unique username and password.
Select “Profile” in the top navigation and select the Family Access link. You can then assign permissions by checking the corresponding boxes next to each family member’s name.
Save your changes.
- Why don't I see a price when I search for my medication?
If the drug you are searching for is not covered under your plan, no price estimate will display.
- What is my prescription benefit ID number?
Your Prescription Benefit ID number is the number used to identify your account. This number could be a unique numeric or alphanumeric ID assigned by your plan sponsor. You can find your number on your Prescription Benefit Card.
- Will I be told the cost of my order?
When refilling your prescription online or by phone, you can receive an estimated cost before completing your order. The price of your medicine may change slightly due to pricing fluctuations.
- What is a biologic?
Biologics (or reference biologics) have been around for a while and include medications like insulin, hormones and vaccines. Biologics have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat conditions like Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, diabetes and more.
Users with existing Caremark.com accounts can seamlessly use their current username and password on the app. For new users, the registration process is straightforward.
