FAQs:

- How do I allow a spouse or adult family member to order refills for me?

Depending on how your plan is set up, you may be able to give adult family members permission to access your account. To do this:

Have each adult in your plan register separately with a unique username and password.

Select “Profile” in the top navigation and select the Family Access link. You can then assign permissions by checking the corresponding boxes next to each family member’s name.

Save your changes.

- Why don't I see a price when I search for my medication?

If the drug you are searching for is not covered under your plan, no price estimate will display.

- What is my prescription benefit ID number?

Your Prescription Benefit ID number is the number used to identify your account. This number could be a unique numeric or alphanumeric ID assigned by your plan sponsor. You can find your number on your Prescription Benefit Card.

- Will I be told the cost of my order?

When refilling your prescription online or by phone, you can receive an estimated cost before completing your order. The price of your medicine may change slightly due to pricing fluctuations.

- What is a biologic?

Biologics (or reference biologics) have been around for a while and include medications like insulin, hormones and vaccines. Biologics have been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to treat conditions like Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, diabetes and more.

Users with existing Caremark.com accounts can seamlessly use their current username and password on the app. For new users, the registration process is straightforward.

**Our goal is to assist you with obtaining necessary prescriptions promptly. If you find this service beneficial, we would appreciate it if you could spare a moment to review our app.**

Really convenient! I can easily ask for refills on my phone and know exactly when they are ready for me to pick up.

Got an email telling me to refill my prescription, so I grabbed my phone and used the app. And let me tell you, downloading it was a breeze. Using it is a piece of cake, even easier than snapping a pic to deposit a check with my phone. Just hovered over the label on my bottle and boom – prescription number recorded. Quick verification of payment info, birthdate, and address and done!

This app is terrible in my opinion. I've been using it for about 4 years, and it's always been terrible. It doesn't have all the features that the web browser has. If you only need to refill prescriptions, then the app is fine. But for anything else, like checking prior authorization status, it's better to use the browser. It's not easy to use and very slow.

I saw an app made by CVS/Caremark and it's really bad. I use UHC for my health benefits and their app is way better. I had to switch to Amazon pharmacy because the CVS/Caremark app is so awful. The design looks like a high school project, and it runs much slower than UHC or Amazon's apps.

Ordering is simple, and you can easily track the progress of your order. You'll receive updates when it's ready, the cost, when it's shipped, and the estimated delivery time.

This app is great! I had the old CVS app for a while but forgot the email for it. I couldn't set up the prescription management part because it was linked to another account. Then this new app, CVS Caremark, came out and now I can easily keep track of my medicine.

Using this app is really tough. I once got my medicine list and set them for automatic refill successfully. But now, when I try to log in another website, I can't find most of my medicines for auto refill. Also, I can't see which medication is ready or being processed for refill. Last year, I used CVS Caremark without any issues. It feels like they are making it difficult for us seniors to fill our prescriptions. This is concerning because my wife is also part of the same program.

Some people gave this app negative reviews, but everyone's experience is different. I think the app is easy to use to check prescription lists, prices, and ID cards. It's weird that the member numbers on my digital and physical ID cards are completely different. Well, as long as my prescriptions are covered, it doesn't really matter!
