CVS/pharmacy - Store locator & prescriptions

I currently use a Samsung phone, and the app functions smoothly most of the time, allowing me to access everything I need. I appreciate being able to clip coupons, load them onto my card, check my prescriptions, and do my shopping all within the app. However, it can be frustrating when scrolling through deals resets the page, and when returning from an offer, I often have to start from the top again. The prescription viewing feature doesn't always work reliably.

So, there are no more tiles on the homepage which makes it look really crowded and messy. I keep getting logged out of my account every 12-24 hours. Sometimes when I search for something, the search bar doesn't work properly at first. The items I want are frequently unavailable for pickup but are actually in stock in the store. It's weird that prices in the app are usually lower than in the physical store – shouldn't it be the other way around? Also, they should let us know what changes they're making in the updates.

The app used to be great. Now, it always shows an error message. It's frustrating because it was a quick and easy way to manage my prescriptions. The pharmacists at CVS are amazing, but I feel bad calling them for refills instead of using the app. I really hope they fix the app soon!

This app is really bad. You have to keep logging in multiple times, and it's still likely not to function properly. It's so annoying and doesn't serve much purpose. I have a care pass for delivery, but most of the time, I can't add prescriptions to my cart for delivery. Instead, it just prompts me to pay in advance and then collect the order myself.

Scanning my account code to detect all coupons easily is great. However, downloading the coupons one by one is a hassle. There are so many each week that I don't have time to go through them all. I worry about missing out on using a coupon if I don't download it. It would be much better if there was a feature to download all coupons at once.

I hit "go to Rx" and I have to clock through 3 more screens of ads and BS before I get to my rx's IF the app is actually working today. CVS uses this app as an excuse to make it impossible to call the store in person. It doesn't work right. It's poorly implemented. It's slow AF. It's buggy. It works maybe 50% of the time. CVS rating on Google Maps is 2.7 and TANKING DAILY and it is in big part because of this POS app.

The new update is terrible. It was so simple to use this app to keep track of prescriptions before. Now, it's just not helpful at all. I have to contact the store for everything because the app doesn't work. You can't request a refill or check what needs to be filled. It's a total waste of time. Please bring back the old version!

Please improve your app. It's frustrating when it suddenly takes you back to the beginning while you're looking through coupons. Many users have also complained about this issue. It's annoying and unnecessary. I used to shop at CVS more, but because of this problem, I've been going there less often.

This app is so simple to use! I love how it reminds you when it's time for a refill. Just click the order button and you're all set! Your refill request has been placed and is being processed. I want to mention that I'm not good with computers or the internet at all. But even someone like me, who is not very tech-savvy, can easily find their way around and use this app. Thank you for creating such a user-friendly app! And may you be blessed by the good Lord.
