User Guide

How can I place an order?

You must be logged in to shop. You must follow the steps below to place an order.

1. Add the product you are viewing to your cart.

2. Check your product information on the "My Cart" page. If there are fields you want to change, update them.

3. Press the "BUY" button to make a payment.

4. Select your shipping and billing address. You can enter a different delivery address with the "Add New Address" option.

5. When you click "Cargo delivery address is the same as billing address.", your delivery address will be invoiced. (If you are an e-Invoice payer, your invoice will be sent through the system.)

6. If an invoice is to be issued to a different address and person/institution; You need to remove the tiki. In this case, you can add the new address information.

7. Click the complete order button and go to the "Payment" page and select the payment type.

8. After approving the "Distance Sales" and "Preliminary Information" acceptance agreements, terminate your order with the "COMPLETE ORDER" option.

How can I get information about the order?

You can find out the status of your order from the "My Account" menu on the "My Order Information" page.

How do I use the gift card to place my order?

To redeem your gift cards assigned to your account, simply press the redeem my gift card button on the payment page. A gift card is a single-use means of payment. Gift cards linked to your account cannot be merged. If your cart amount is greater than the amount on your gift card, you can top up the remaining amount with the payment method of your choice.

How do the delivery processes work for pre-ordered foreign books?

Stock control is provided from the contracted publishing house abroad where the book will be sent, then if there is stock, it is shipped to the warehouse and the import process is started. If the foreign book you have ordered does not have stock, the delivery time may vary due to the fact that the book will be obtained from abroad. If the printing date is uncertain, the order may be delivered delayed. In case of market constraints and exhaustion of pressure, you will be contacted and the relevant situation will be conveyed and upon your approval, your order will be canceled and your fee will be refunded.

What is a pre-ordered foreign book and how can I buy it?

With the pre-order service, we provide foreign language books that are out of stock from abroad. You can buy books in a foreign language by creating a D&R membership. Your order is delivered for an average of 28 days.

Do I pay customs and shipping costs for my pre-ordered foreign book purchase?

You only pay for the book you have purchased, without customs and shipping costs.

Why is delivery delayed for pre-ordered foreign books?

There may be a delay in your order due to the uncertainty of the printing date of the book you have ordered. We will be informing you about your order status.
