2. What are the benefits of signing up as a member?

After signing up for the Dabang app and logging in,

▶ Safely save the contents of your 'interest list'!

While looking at various properties such as one-room, two/three-room, and officetel, you can check the contents of your 'interest list', where you can search for properties and save unlimitedly, on both PC and mobile. Also, the contents will be maintained even when the app is updated.

▶ Save a complex!

Save an apartment complex is only available to logged-in members because we send new listing registration notifications based on the conditions of the properties you saved. Even if there are no tradable rooms in the apartment you like, if you save the complex, you will receive a notification the same day when a new property is registered. Find the room you want faster than anyone else!

Even individual members who are not certified real estate agents can advertise properties by taking photos of rooms and entering relevant information.

If you set up 'Receive notifications' for the sales information you want, you can receive notifications about the sales schedule from the recruitment announcement date to the subscription application date.

3. How do I list a room for direct transaction?

In the case of individual members, free advertising is possible for one direct transaction listing.

Advertisements are open for 30 days and will be made private after the period expires.

Private listings can be edited and displayed again.

▶ Tap the 'List a Room' button in the 'More' menu of the Dabang app, and enter basic information such as the location of the listing, room type, transaction type (lease/monthly rent), and additional information such as management fees and optional items in detail.

▶ When advertising a listing, 3 photos of the room are required, and the effectiveness of the advertisement will be enhanced if you write the title and detailed description carefully.

4. Can you trust the rooms registered in Dabang?

Dabang prioritizes providing users with reliable information.

▶ We display the exact location of the property on the map and make it possible to see the convenience facilities near the property at a glance so that users can check the surrounding environment without having to go out.

▶ We also strive to prevent users from feeling inconvenienced by false information through continuous management of false listings.

5. How do you manage false listings?

We receive reports of false listings and Dabang's false listing team regularly reviews and filters the listings.

▶ We determine the average market price by region and contact you directly to request information corrections if the listing is significantly cheaper than the market price or if it contains photos that are not actual photos.

▶ We automatically process listings that have been advertised for more than 30 days to make them private, reducing the possibility of listings that have been contracted for being exposed, and we impose warnings and service usage restrictions according to internal regulations.

▶ We have established a system so that users can directly report false listings and are making efforts to eliminate false listings in various ways.
