    Oh man, this app is just terrible! I was just trying to upgrade my account, but every time I tried to take a selfie photo, it failed. The customer service is super slow and all they do is ask me to upload the same documents over and over again. It's been over 3 days and still no solution. On top of that, the app is so difficult to navigate, the interface is not user-friendly at all, and there are so many errors that keep popping up while using it.

    So, my wife told me about this app and honestly, I didn't think much of it at first. However, when I actually tried using the features like topping up, making purchases, and sending money for the first time, this app blew my mind! It was way easier to use compared to others I've really struggled with. Plus, the best part is that there's no admin fee – how amazing is that? This app is seriously fantastic! I'm totally in love with it!

    So, the person initially gave feedback to the developers about adding a sound effect after a transaction to know it's completed. They also felt the app design and UI needed work, preferring Gopay over DANA despite room for improvement. However, in an update, the developers actually implemented the sound effect idea! Impressed by this responsiveness, the reviewer upgraded their rating to five stars as a sign of appreciation for the developer's willingness to listen to customer suggestions.

    It seems like the system is always busy these days. It's frustrating how this app has deteriorated so rapidly. Who would want to keep using an app that only functions correctly 10% of the time? I wonder how overworked the developers must be for the system to be constantly busy, making it impossible to even top up. And now, even the customer service isn't dependable anymore. You have to sign up and wait in line (waiting, waiting, waiting) just to get a turn. Such a waste of time!

    I'm really bummed out. I didn't get any cashback and when I reached out to Dana support for help, they never really addressed my issue. I kept getting these notifications in the app about a cashback promotion, but every time I made a transaction, I never received the cashback. At first, I thought it might be a glitch in the system, but then it happened multiple times. It seemed like others were not experiencing the same problem as me. So, when I emailed Dana support to ask why I wasn't receiving the cashback, instead of giving me a direct answer, they just tried to push me to upgrade to premium before helping me out.

    Man, sending money shouldn't have to be this complicated. And why do they have to make it so expensive by putting it behind a premium paywall? I mean, seriously, you have to pay extra just to transfer funds? Come on! So, let me break it down for you. If you want to send money to a friend from your contacts list without paying a premium, you have to go through this whole process - get your credit card ready, enter all the numbers like the card number, expiry date, CVV, and all that jazz. And even after going through all that, you still might not successfully send the money. It's frustrating, right? I tried three times already, and every time it just says "in progress" with no actual progress.

    So, I was trying to upgrade to premium but ended up getting a message saying "Your face photo doesn't match the picture on your ID card." I'm not sure if the system still uses old technology for face recognition from e-ID cards and matching it with selfies. Even using the chat feature as an alternative didn't help to solve this issue.
