What is Desrotulando?

Desrotulando is an app that helps you choose the healthiest processed foods, in a simple way, in the palm of your hand.

This way, you can eat better: with more confidence, convenience and peace of mind.

How do we do this?

Every day, our nutrition team analyzes and classifies the labels (ingredients and nutritional table) of dozens of processed foods to assess their healthiness.

We then transform this data into an evaluation* of the product (called FoodScore) and into healthier recommendations, which you can easily access in the Desrotulando app, helping you make your choices.

We analyze how much the ingredients are processed, whether there is a balance of nutrients, whether there are allergens or possible restrictions (e.g.: dyes, lactose, gluten, animal origin, etc.).
