Now I can't pay for my order with this payment method. They even didn't return the deducted bonuses. I'm tired of having to deal with these QR codes and SBP. Please bring back the normal payment option.

It's more convenient than using the mobile website version, it works faster and you don't have to wait for the loading for so long.

Oh my goodness, it's such a mess, not a store at all! And don't even get me started on the delivery. It takes 2 weeks to arrive, feels like it's coming all the way from Vladivostok or something. They don't deliver on time, not even on the day they promised, let alone the exact time. And as for any updates or communication, forget about it – total silence, not a word!

This app is great, but you can't buy anything through it.

Why do they show products in the app that cannot be delivered? I added 5 items to my cart. Three of them were successfully delivered to my address, had to change the delivery address for 1 toy to my sister's, but couldn't receive one item at all because they couldn't deliver it to either address. Other than that, everything else was fine.

There's a pretty good selection online and there are usually additional discounts available. Sadly, I encountered an employee at the store for the second time who couldn't tear himself away from his phone with personal matters while at the checkout in front of customers. When I pointed it out, he was rude. This employee is not from Children's World but one sent temporarily by the company. However, his passive-aggressive behavior casts a shadow on the whole Children's World team. Why have such temporary workers in a place where children are? He's just a nasty guy.

Ugh, the app and the website don't sync up! 🙄 There are different items in the shopping cart on the app and the website! And to top it off, there's a "Favorites" section on the website but it's missing from the app. Come on, sort out this integration mess — what kind of nonsense is this! What's even the point of having an app then?!!
