Device Help - Troubleshoot & fix errors

Ugh, bloatware is such a headache. I couldn't even get device help without Wi-Fi, which was super frustrating when I was dealing with a no-internet issue. My provider said it was something unknown on the phone's end and asked me to check the manual on my phone - but guess what? It was nowhere to be found. I just assumed there would be a user manual already on the phone, but hey, I guess that's not the norm in this digital age. *shaking my head*

Oh no, it seems like there is an issue with the touch screen after putting on a tempered glass. It would be great if they could fix this through an update just like Samsung did with their Galaxy series. Having such a good phone facing a major software problem will only lead to negative feedback spreading around.

This food is really dull and tasteless, almost like it's expired. It should be tossed out and made again with fresh ingredients. Let's go all Chef Gordon Ramsay on this dish! I'm starving in case you didn't realize. The app doesn't display warranty information properly; it keeps blaming the network, but my connection is perfectly fine. Some of the FAQ links are useless - they lead to nothing, absolutely nothing. There's no helpful information about system or security updates. The entire app definitely needs a major makeover and upgrade.

This is a really good app by Moto! One thing they should consider adding is a Moto forum or community app with regular updates. It would be great if they could show consumers when they can expect software updates or Android security updates for both old and new Motorola phones. Also, people are hoping to see new smartphones from Moto sooner rather than later.

I really love this phone because it's just so nice. What's even better is that the battery lasts all day long, which is a big plus for me. Oh, and the Moto help center has been super helpful whenever I've needed assistance. I just can't say enough good things about this phone. If you're tired of phones that don't last, then this one is perfect for you. Plus, the camera takes really great pictures. Overall, it's a fantastic phone that's simple to use, and the help center has given me some awesome tips and tricks.

I just had the most awful experience with my Moto phone and Verizon service. The phone keeps dropping calls, and when I complained to Verizon, they suggested that I should go outside and face west to get better reception. My husband's flip top phone, on the other hand, works perfectly fine. Verizon even mentioned that they can't guarantee good service inside your house. I never encountered any issues like this with other cell phone carriers. This phone is terrible, and so is their service.
