    An app made me pay in advance, but I was charged before a driver was even assigned to me. Unfortunately, no driver was found, and I ended up without both a taxi and my money. Plus, there was no way for me to report the issue. Luckily, the payment was automatically refunded shortly after. Still, quite a stressful experience. Lesson learned: stick to cash for payments to avoid similar situations.

    I ordered a ride but when I went outside, someone else had taken my ride instead of me. The driver left without checking my name. I was charged the full fare and couldn't reach customer support through email, chat, or phone. The app only has automated responses and doesn't recognize my request. It's frustrating.

I asked for help and sent emails, but got no response. This app is a scam for trip assistance. If you have safety concerns, don't expect help. They only care about money.

    The app keeps crashing. Also, when it does work, the map doesn't show enough detail. Even though I allowed it to access my location in settings, it couldn't find it. The drivers take forever to accept a ride and then back out, despite me already paying for the fare. At the airport, I noticed a driver who had cancelled picking me up ended up taking someone else instead.

    I just had a ride with Didi and it might be my last one. The app has been really messy lately, but today we decided to go on a trip because it was only 88 pesos according to the app. But after the ride, I realized that Didi actually charged me 22 pesos more even though we followed the exact plan they quoted. I have mostly switched to inRider now, but I used Didi this time because my credit card was already set up there. Well, lesson learned – goodbye Didi.

    Payment system is a mess. My credit cards keep getting declined because of Didi, even after I try deleting and adding them back. Can't reach customer service at all. They should have shared family billing like Uber. Favorite Places don't work without location permissions. Picking a different pickup spot is a pain. Rates are low or else I wouldn't deal with this. Why no Discover cards?

    My driver canceled my ride and parked at the wrong address, resulting in a cancellation fee and dynamic pricing increasing my fare by 30%. Later, surge pricing added another 40%, all because of the initial cancellation. I requested a refund or discount but was denied as the trip started and ended at my specified locations. Despite my valid reasons, they would not budge. Avoid this company.
