Here's an updated review from me: So, I tried restarting my device, and it did take a little longer than usual to turn on, like 2-3 minutes more. But hey, after the restart, the app's touch issues magically disappeared! Now, I can use it smoothly without any troubles. Definitely deserves 5 stars now. On a previous note, I really wanted to give it a solid 5 stars, but that latest update was just a mess. The app would open up, but then freeze there. Touch function went completely haywire - couldn't even log in because none of the touch options were responding. It was a real struggle. Hopefully they've fixed it by now.

So, I think the Digi bank services are actually really good. But the app was a bit slow before, which was a bit of a bother. However, after this new update on May 28th, 2019, things have gotten a lot better! The app is working perfectly now and that slowness issue is all gone. I'm pretty pleased with the services overall. Good job on the improvements, Digi bank. Thank you!

I had a great experience with my bank, and I feel that their security measures are really strong. One time, I forgot my password and it took me about half an hour to restore it. It was reassuring to see how complex the security system of the bank is. Although there were some small issues with the user interface, overall, I found the customer support to be helpful as well.

However, DBS claims to be the safest bank in Asia, but their mobile banking app seems to face some issues according to several customers.

I really like this app! I have a suggestion to make it even better. How about putting the scan & pay option right on the home page? This way, users can easily make quick payments without having to search for the option. It would greatly improve the user experience.

I've had an amazing banking experience with a truly digital bank. It's so simple and elegant, and way faster than most traditional banks. The only downside is that they don't have physical branches in multiple locations, but that's not a big deal if you don't need to deposit cash. It's totally worth it – just give it a try! I've been using this digital bank and I've even recommended it to my friends, who now use it as their main account for daily banking. Big shoutout to DBS for this awesome service!

I got confirmation that I won't receive any more promotional phone calls and text messages. What's funny is that the bank app doesn't let me choose to not get marketing calls. Even when I tried to activate "Do Not Disturb" during calls or called customer service, it didn't make a difference.

So I was just trying to download my interest certificate but the file that came through was all messed up. Seriously, that app is such a pain!
