DigiLocker - Store official documents securely

The Indian Government has taken a great step forward with this initiative. The app is good, but could benefit from further development. To improve user experience: 1) More keywords should be included in the search tab to make it easier for people to find specific documents. For example, when looking for PAN Card information, users may struggle to locate the Income Tax Department portal on the app if they are unsure of what to search for. 2) The Drive option is currently not working and needs attention.

This app is really awesome! The design looks good and the way it's set up is just fine. I'm seriously amazed by how well the backend of this app works. It's a perfect example of managing big data efficiently! I think the engineers must be using Hadoop or Hive for handling such a huge database. Plus, getting information from it is almost flawless. Though sometimes it takes a bit of time to load data from third-party servers, it's still pretty impressive. A big shoutout to the developers for creating such a fantastic app!

I initially rated it 5 stars, but now I have to lower it. You know why? Because the degree certificates they provide are only from 2018 and onwards. What about certificates from earlier years? 🤷 Also, there is still no fingerprint unlock feature (I mentioned this before, but no action has been taken).

I had a really frustrating experience with the latest update of this app. It's supposed to display important documents like your driving license, but it suddenly stopped working on my Android 9 device. The developers should really make sure that their app is compatible with all Android versions. After I reached out for help and got a response asking for more details, I updated my review. However, it seems like the developer still didn't understand my issue. On top of that, the app keeps prompting me to turn off developer mode, which is quite annoying.

Hey, not all government apps are bad! This particular one is actually quite good with a clean user interface. Although, I did run into some issues while using it. For instance, I couldn't seem to fetch certain documents, like my ration card. It kept trying to fetch it but failed every time.

This app is so great because it's people-friendly and super easy to use. It makes life simpler by letting you access your important digital documents without the need to lug around paper copies everywhere. Whenever you need to verify something, just pull up the document on your phone and show it to whoever needs to see it. It's awesome how the Indian government is embracing digitalization with this app. It's important that they ensure the safety of everyone's data though. Congrats on a job well done!

So, Digilocker is this cool platform for your important documents, right? But here's the thing - when you click on a file in your Digilocker drive, it gets downloaded automatically without giving you the choice to do it manually. And guess what? It doesn't even have a dark mode feature. How inconvenient, isn't it?
