So, there's this app that I tried using to buy credits, but it's just not working out. Every time I try to make a purchase, it ends up failing and I have to contact customer service for help. It's frustrating because even though the transaction doesn't go through at first, it charges me later on when it finally does. This happened multiple times, and I ended up getting charged each time I attempted to top up my credits. It's like they're trying to rip me off.

When I first started using the ding app, everything was great. I was happy because I could easily top up my husband's mobile whenever he needed some load for his SIM card. It was convenient for him to have access to the internet while he was on sail. However, suddenly I couldn't use the app to make payments with my credit card anymore. I don't know why. An error message saying "Something went wrong" appeared when I tried to pay using my card. My card is working fine because I still use it for other purchases. It seems like there is a problem with the ding app's payment mode.

Previously, there were many top-up options available, ranging from just $1. But nowadays, the lowest option is $8, which is too high for us. We prefer not to send large top-ups for some specific reasons. This change has made the situation worse, and now we are not happy with the service.
