Questions about the app 

1. Why is the timer only one minute?

If the timer displays "01:00" (one minute) for your Brushing session, that means Disney Magic Timer is still in Training Mode.

To turn off Training Mode and increase your Brushing session time to two minutes:

    1. Launch "Disney Magic Timer"

    2. Tap the Settings (gear) icon

    3. At the "Grown Ups Only!" screen, enter the displayed numbers

    4. Tap "Training Mode" to turn "OFF"

2. Why do pages keep being added to the Sticker Album?

More pages will be added as long as you keep brushing. Each character will have their own album and a large collection of stickers!

3. Why am I having trouble scanning my toothbrush or Oral-B product?

If you're having trouble scanning your product, please try the following:

Make sure your product is compatible with Disney Magic Timer. Eligible Crest or Oral-B Pro-Health Stages products will have a Disney Magic Timer logo and feature Disney, Star Wars, or Marvel characters. Note: Disney Magic Timer won't work with products from oral care manufacturers other than P&G.

Make sure the image of the character/design on your product is not obstructed.

Hold your device about 3-4 inches away from the toothbrush or product. Slowly move the device towards the image of the character/design; the app should recognize the product within an inch or two.

1. Scan character on your Crest or Oral-B Kids product

2. Brush with their favorite character

3. Train proper brushing techniques with timer and tips

4.Track your child’s progress with Parent Portal

5. Reward by unlocking character stickers, games, and photo filters

2.Use your device's camera to scan any Crest or Oral-B Pro-Health Stages product in the app.

3.Enjoy interactive brushing with your favorite characters.

    Frustrating situation. Concept is great and kids love it. Camera function works intermittently. Issues arise when pressing the scan button, app freezes and crashes. Kids put in a lot of effort collecting characters, but unlock does not happen and data resets. Takes forever to load even on S20+. If fixed, the app will be amazing.

    This app is great for encouraging kids. I appreciate that now you can buy various characters. However, my issue is with the Frozen characters. You need to pay for each one separately, but they all have the same features except for the appearance. It's not worth spending extra money to unlock Anna or Elsa.

    You and your daughter really enjoy this app because it has made brushing more fun for her. She now looks forward to it. The only issue you have is with the scanner, as you can't scan your Oral-B products, even though you use them. Otherwise, the app is great!

    The idea is good, but putting it into action has a lot of problems. Every time there's an update, the stickers that were already collected disappear. Lately, we paid to open albums but didn't get the stickers. It's frustrating that progress can't be moved between devices. On top of that, there's no way to report bugs. The way things are handled is bad and customer service doesn't exist. They've had enough time to make improvements, but it's obvious they don't care enough. Don't spend your money on this.

    Enjoy this app, really helps my kids to brush, but facing so many issues! Tried it a year ago, had problems, decided to give it another shot. Still encountering problems! Scanning products rarely works, switching screens is slow, and it crashes half the time. With major companies behind this app, you'd expect these issues to be fixed by now!

    The sticker book is fun for my kids. It's a bit annoying that they keep adding more pages, making it hard to finish. However, the app reminds you when to get a new toothbrush, shares helpful tips (even though they sometimes disappear quickly), and tracks how often you brush your teeth.

    Pictures don't appear when brushing teeth anymore. Spoke to the developer and was advised to clear the cache. Tried that a couple of times but it didn't help in the long run. Now, thinking about finding a different option. The concept is good but needs better execution. Also, it's tough to explain to kids why it's not working anymore.

    The app is super slow. It's so annoying that I have to get it ready before the kids brush their teeth, as it takes forever to start up. When we tried using the scanner on the brush head, it didn't work at all. Surprisingly, scanning the box did the trick! It's more trouble than it's worth, but my kids won't brush their teeth without the app now that they've seen how it works.

    I kept changing my review, making it more negative each time. I used to like this app, but now I don't. If they don't add a way for parents to save streaks and sync accounts between devices, we'll switch to another app. Good idea, but bad implementation. It's frustrating instead of motivating.

    The app was still working fine, but when I reinstalled it, my kids' stickers and books disappeared. There's no way to get them back. It would also be great if we could unlock a new book after finishing one. Now, the app just keeps adding more duplicate sticker slots.
