Disney+ - Stream Disney content

This app is great! It has a lot of content, from new to old, for everyone. It was a bit problematic at first but Disney has fixed it since then. No ads and the price is fair. There are profiles for each family member which is awesome. Definitely recommend it!

Just used this app and it's slow. Sometimes it kicks me out when I want to start a show. On my tablet, got an error code 83 for downloads but a couple of episodes downloaded fine. Disney should improve their app design like Netflix or Amazon Prime.

My issue wasn't really fixed. The horror section on Hulu only shows 30 titles instead of the full catalog. When I search for horror movies and select the genre, I get a full list, but it keeps rolling back to the top every time I scroll past the 18th row. Also, I can't customize what I don't want to see on Disney+. This makes me want to stick with Hulu because it works better. This problem also occurs on my iPad.

I had a really bad time streaming on Chromecast. Whenever I try to continue watching something, it always starts from the beginning instead of where I left off. If I exit the app and come back later, it takes forever to load and sometimes doesn't match up with what's on the TV, so I have to disconnect and reconnect, which means starting over again. Also, if I try to go back to just before an ad and then rewind to the ad, the whole thing crashes.

The app is great. I enjoy watching it because there are no problems - it runs smoothly. The only issue is that when you add a new account, you have to sign in again. But overall, it's excellent. No glitches at all. I suggest it to everyone.

It has old shows and old movies. You can find things using just your remote!

The content is okay, but the audio on the TV app is really bad. Not everyone has a surround sound system! It should let you pick a regular stereo mix! I know it's possible because the sound is good on a phone (like with headphones). But on TV, it's hard to watch movies because the voices are too quiet and have a weird echo effect. Disney, please update the audio settings!

The app keeps crashing. I got 7 error messages while trying to watch one 43-minute episode. Customer service hasn't been helpful. Have you cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, or updated your device? It's a problem on all our devices except for Hulu. Surprisingly, ads never crash though.

This app is terrible. It used to work okay, but now it's just getting worse all the time. I was hoping the update would fix things, but now I can't even switch episodes of the same show. I have to pick one and watch it all the way through, which is annoying when my kid wants to watch certain episodes.

When using a PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5, there is an issue where the video selected during scrolling is incorrect. For instance, with a TV show having 2 seasons, you need to choose a different season to refresh and avoid picking the wrong episode. If there's only one season, you'll have to manually rewind during playback to watch earlier episodes if it glitches. Restarting, reinstalling, and updating the system hasn’t fixed the problem. A solution is needed.
