What are the advantages of using Doctoralia Payments?

What types of consultations can I use Doctoralia Payments for?

Previously, the solution was only available for online consultations, via Telemedicine. Doctoralia Payments now covers charges for online and in-person consultations

Payment Configuration and Management

In Payments settings, select which addresses you want to enable advance payments. In the same menu, access Payment History directly through Doctoralia.

For an address to be activated for payments, all services linked to that calendar must have a defined value. The “from” option cannot be used either.

Payment History can also be accessed through your profile, through the tab Payments, which will appear as soon as the Payments function is activated. 

In the Payment History it is possible to consult within Doctoralia the payments made by patients and the payments that will be credited to the specialist in their bank account.

Partial or full refunds for patients can also be made here by clicking on the Payments Made tab and then on the refund button.
