1. How can I change my password?

To change your password, please click Profile, then top-right Settings, and log out from your account. Proceed as indicated in the screenshots below: 

2. How can I share my subscription with family members?

Before sending the invitation to the family members/partner, please ask them to download the app and sign in with their own email address. Only then send them the invitation link. 

To send the invitation link, click “Profile” and then the + sign under the dog's photo.

The person you invited will have access to all features for training your dog together, except adding multiple dogs and inviting other people will not work for them since those features are only available for the person who originally purchased the subscription.

Dogo offers a 7-day free trial, followed by subscription options for 1 month or 12 months. The subscription automatically renews unless turned off 24 hours before the current period ends.
