The commission rates are basically a rip-off, I mean seriously, don't download this app. Use it for wardrobe stuff or something. When you return a defective product, they don't refund all your money and then ask for more. It's like getting robbed, like seriously robbed.

So, there's this app that doesn't let people from other countries sell things they no longer need but that could be useful to someone else. You know, often foreigners sell stuff at really low prices, especially when they're moving to a new place, and many Turkish people could actually make use of those items. It's quite frustrating how they're being discriminated against like that.

If you decide to use this app, you need to be really cautious. There are cheaters on there, and the support team backs them up. When purchasing a product, make sure to ask all the necessary questions. Sellers might display one thing in photos but send something completely different to you. The support team of Dolap may just tell you that you can resell it as their policy. Additionally, they may claim you said something that you never did - they're big liars. It's best not to trust anyone on the app. You're basically on your own if you choose to use it.

So, basically, I had the worst experience ever with a second-hand market. They not only took nearly all of my payment, but they also charged me a ridiculous amount for shipping. Just imagine, I bought a 200 Turkish Lira product and they wanted an extra 100 TL for shipping, all for something the size of an American football. Like, seriously? What on earth is that all about?

It used to be really good. But now, no one is buying products anymore because we are all keeping the prices higher due to the high commission. In addition to that, buyers have to pay shipping and service fees, with Dolap taking a very large portion for itself. If you sell a product for 850 lira, you only get to keep 647.5 lira. Because now it's your obligation to pay for shipping when selling a product worth more than 250 lira. If it weren't for this situation, I would normally sell the product I put up for 850 lira for 650 lira. I am not happy at all. I will delete it.

There is no protection and proper regulation on this website. As a seller, you have no rights at all. The buyer can send you defective products, scam you, they don't care. No matter what evidence you provide, they always side with the buyer. They are making drastic cuts without any reason. Out of 6200 sales, I only got 4653. Why should I sell here? From transactions on Sahibinden, I keep 100% of the profit. They only securely hold your money there, why do they need to take a cut of 50-60%? It's not a service, it's a money transfer mechanism designed to rip you off.

So like, why are they only making an app for women and kids? That's so sexist...
