For some reason, when your opponent goes past the allotted time to play their turn, the game seldomly forces a pass. Many opponents take advantage of this, hoping you will forfeit out of frustration. Account recovery does not work, even for those of us who have paid for the ad-free version. This game app has been around for many years, and is rarely updated or improved upon.

Lately, this game isn't functioning correctly. The game no longer creates a usable spinner. You can use it two ways but not four ways. And the points are not displayed. Some points show after the game is over but I don't believe the totals are correct. Please fix these issues... 

Stalled games and loss of connection issues have occurred for years. Not understanding why it takes three years (my experience with the app) to fix or inform users of known issues and optimal device capacities. But it's free. More often than not, games can be played at a good, continuous pace. The chat feature can be entertaining. Overall fun distraction. Less so now that ads require me to close the app and reopen to play. I'm not clicking on any ads in this app.

Game Modes:

- Muggins, All fives: Gain points with spinner

- Block: Place tiles strategically and aim to have the fewest left at the end

- Draw: Similar to blocking, but players draw when unable to play

- Play against a computer opponent or local friends in single-player mode

- Multiplayer mode available online with chat, high scores, and player profiles

Addressing Common Concerns:

Tile selection/drawing is entirely random. Keeping a log of drawn tiles over multiple games would confirm that there is no discernible pattern or prejudice.

Additionally, while the computer opponent does not cheat, it can effectively analyze its options to block opponents and score points appropriately.
