Domino's Pizza USA - Order pizza & track

I really like this app because it is easy to use and convenient. I appreciate that I can also use the available coupons for my order. The only thing I don't like is how they calculate the tip - including the delivery fee and tax in the total. I don't want to tip on the delivery fee, and tipping on tax is already not great. But overall, I enjoy using the app to order my pizza.

The app works well overall, it's user-friendly and simple. The issue is that it keeps logging me out, which has been a problem since I switched from iPhone to Pixel in 2022. Each time it logs me out, I lose my reward points and need to begin again. Apart from this, everything else about the app functions smoothly.

The app works, but barely. It has some really bad user experiences that should not be happening in a modern restaurant app. For example, if you want to add red pepper flakes after going to the menu and selecting extras, you have to repeat all those steps just to add parmesan cheese packets. You can technically do everything, but the interface is not well-designed.

Food used to be great, but now it's often poorly made. Bread sticks lack cheese, chicken is cold, and bread bowls are subpar - mostly bread with few noodles and little sauce. Can't add extra anymore. However, the delivery drivers are efficient, friendly, and willing to make amends if there are mistakes.

I'm happy with the app. There were some login problems before, but they are fixed now. I like that there are always deals and coupons available. The pizza is good quality. The app is easy to use and the payment system is secure. I haven't had any problems with it. I would give it 5 stars because I haven't had many issues over the past year and a half. We order pizza through the app about once a month.

App is good overall, but some items like pastas are limited add-ons even though you're paying for them. It's pretty easy to use. Now can't add extra meat or cheese to sandwiches, which is fine as they often forgot to include the extras paid for anyway.

It's a good restaurant app and better than the messy CVS Pharmacy App. Domino's app is impressive because it's easy to use and doesn't have too many ads.

Using the app for the first time was pretty simple, easy to navigate, not hard at all. I just wish there was an option for extra meat on subs and more dressing options like mayo or Italian for subs. It would also be nice to get one dipping sauce for free with parmesan bites and breadsticks usually come with sauce.

One day when I didn't have much money, I resisted the temptation to order pizza for many months. But then I really wanted Domino's, so I checked the app and happily found out I had earned enough points for a free pizza that didn't expire! What a great app! It's another reason for me to relax at home. I still find that guy's humor relatable. ☝️🗿

The app is great! It's really user-friendly and I've never had any problems with it. I enjoy seeing the progress of my order being made. The only improvement I suggest is to have options for the amount of garlic seasoning on the crust - like a little bit, normal, or extra. A few times, my pizza didn't have enough garlic seasoning. Other than that, this is the best food ordering app I've ever used!
