How long does it take to deliver the product?

"Product delivery period varies depending on the product."

Delivery times vary for each product, so please refer to the delivery information on the product page or contact the supplier .

You can check the supplier contact information in ‘ Supplier /Return/Exchange> Supplier Information’ on the product detail page.

If delivery is significantly delayed compared to the average delivery date in the delivery information or contact is lost with the supplier, please contact Wholesale Customer Service Center at 1588-0628.

What is wholesale e-money?

"This is cyber money that can be used for product purchases, product registration fees, paid option fees, and coupon purchases."

e-money is cyber money used by Wholesale Kkuk and can be used instead of existing bank transfer (virtual account), real-time account transfer, Kkuk Pay, and credit card payment.

e-money can be used in combination with all payment methods.

I returned the product, when will I get a refund?

"Refunds may take up to 10 days."

Refunds are possible after the returned product arrives at the supplier or after mutual agreement is completed.

Virtual account and Kkuk Pay payment amount: Refunded via e-money, a separate withdrawal request is required. After the return is completed, a refund will be issued immediately at the request of the supplier .

Real-time account transfer payment amount: The refund amount will be re-deposited to the account from which it was transferred, and it will take approximately 2-3 days after the return is completed, excluding weekends and public holidays .

Credit card and PayNow payment amount: Refund will be made upon cancellation of card authorization and will take approximately 3 to 5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For check cards, it takes about 7 to 10 days.

If the return invoice is incorrect or the arrival of the product is not confirmed by the supplier, the refund may be delayed.

How do I recharge e-money?

"You can recharge from My Page > e-money account > Recharge"

There are three ways to recharge e-moeny: my dedicated deposit account / bank transfer (virtual account) / real-time account transfer / overseas deposit / Paypal (Paypal) deposit.

How to recharge e-money

1 Click My Page on the wholesaler main page.

2 Go to the e-money/point > e-money recharge page.

Enter the amount you wish to recharge and select a payment method.

3 Check the request details for each payment window and proceed with payment.

Deposits to my dedicated deposit account are processed automatically within 3 to 7 minutes after deposit.

In the case of bank transfer (virtual account) and real-time account transfer, the deposit is automatically processed in real time when depositing/paying.

For overseas deposits, it takes 3 to 5 business days to confirm the deposit, and in the case of PayPal, a 3% transfer fee is charged.
