Don’t Get Fired : How to get more promotion chance

Interact with your co-workers

This would the simplest way to increase your promotion chance. From time to time, coworkers may talk to you and sometimes your responses will have an effect on your career. When you start on the lower end of the ladder, you just need to please your boss like paying for his coffee or going on office events or working overtime.  But as you become a manager, you do have a choice of being a mean boss and have more work done or be a bit more understanding.

Although a lot of us may want to be nice, you seem to get more promotion chance when you make your subordinates work more or when you reprimand them for making mistakes. You may also need to laugh at your bosses bad jokes from time to time. There are also  times that you need to attend birthdays and weddings and other events, so make sure to save enough money for them but don’t worry, it gets easier.

Upgrade your skills

Upgrading your skills would really help you do more work, finish work faster and survive work more. Getting more work done really helps you gain more experience so that you may try to get promoted. This section would be very straight forward but there’s also a very good reason why you need to upgrade your skills, since there is an upgrade that increases your promotion chance.

It would basically be a cycle, since you would need money to upgrade your skills but with patience, you would soon be able to afford to get upgrades. And as you get better upgrades, It would also be easier for you to get money for more upgrades.

Get fired

This game revolves around the goal of not getting fired but as it turns out getting fired would actually be beneficial since you get to earn pension but it would only be beneficial if you have already reached a certain position. So think of it this way, money would be hard to get since you don’t really have much upgrades yet and since you don’t have much skills yet, the chances of you getting promoted would be low. So might as well cash in on the pension and be a better slave — I mean worker.

Aside from the money bonus from getting fired, you should also collect reasons why you got fired. And as an added bonus, every time you get fired for a reason, the chances of getting fired for the same reason would be decreased but with a few exceptions of course. And completing the collection would also increase your promotion chance as an added bonus.
