FAQ

1. All I see is a white screen when I open the app

If you see a white screen on opening the app, please try the following:

Uninstall all Dr. Panda apps (even ones that may not giving you any issue) on your device.  

Restart your device

Reinstall the games back on the device  

Everything you purchased should be restored automatically, but if not, you can Tap the 'restore purchases' button in the in-app purchase menu to regain access to all paid content in the app.

2. I just downloaded Dr. Panda Town from the Play Store, and I see a free trial. Will I be charged once the trial ends?

If you started a free trial and did not go through the Google Play or App Store purchase flow to confirm the purchase, you should not be charged after your trial ends.

If you opt in for the free trial but do not want to pay for a subscription once it ends, you can always cancel it before it ends to make sure it does not convert to a subscription.

To cancel the free trial, select Dr. Panda Town from the list of subscriptions in your Apple/Google account, and tap Cancel Subscription.

3. How do I change the language settings for the app?

The language of the app is based on the language settings of your device, but you should be able to change it in your device settings.

For most Android devices:

Drag your selected language to the top of the list, or choose the language you’d like to use as a primary language (this may vary by your device).

Our app is intuitive and do not rely heavily on language as we design them for many users who cannot read. The changes will mostly apply to the menu and text that you see in the app. Most audio will, however, remain unchanged from the original.
