About Payment

I just downloaded Dr. Panda Town from the Play Store, and I see a free trial. Will I be charged once the trial ends?

If you started a free trial and did not go through the Google Play or App Store purchase flow to confirm the purchase, you should not be charged after your trial ends.

If you opt in for the free trial but do not want to pay for a subscription once it ends, you can always cancel it before it ends to make sure it does not convert to a subscription.

To cancel the free trial, select Dr. Panda Town from the list of subscriptions in your Apple/Google account, and tap Cancel Subscription.

All I see is a white screen when I open the app

If you see a white screen on opening the app, please try the following:

- Uninstall all Dr. Panda apps (even ones that may not giving you any issue) on your device.  

- Restart your device

- Reinstall the games back on the device  

- Everything you purchased should be restored automatically, but if not, you can Tap the 'restore purchases' button in the in-app purchase menu to regain access to all paid content in the app.

Why can’t I access a few older areas that I paid for in Dr. Panda Town?

Make sure you have updated to the latest version of the app. Resetting game data will help remove any bugs causing this issue. You can double tap the curved yellow button on the main page of the app to reset game data. You can also reset via the settings app on your device. Go to Settings > Dr. Panda Town > Reset save data on next launch. Toggle to on and then go back to the app and launch it again. 

Please note that deleting game data will erase all the progress you've made in the game thus far.

About Gameplay

I’m unable to login to my Dr. Panda account

Check the email ID and password you used to make the Dr. Panda account. If you’re unable to login and are unsure of the information you entered, you can reset the password.

Also, make sure you refresh and login to the Dr. Panda account every month to ensure it functions smoothly.

If you’re unable to see the option to sign up for an account in the app’s Control Center, it might be due to your location. We are gradually rolling out the account system to different regions, and you should be able to see the option soon.

Is Dr. Panda available for Android?

Dr. Panda - Learn & Play is available on the Google Play Store for Android users in many regions.

We're expanding where the app is available over time.

Do I need an Internet connection to play Dr. Panda?

After installation, Dr. Panda can be played offline but some features like video-streaming may not be available.
