    The app got way better after the update! You can now join a group that was made on their website. It doesn't have everything the website does, but you can tell they really care about what users think and are always trying to make it better. The people at DrawNames who help you out are amazing too. I'm gonna keep using this app as long as I'm in charge of my family's Secret Santa stuff.

    Oh man, that app is really frustrating to use. My brother-in-law sent me a link to join it, and I had to keep clicking on it like seven times because of all the errors popping up. Once you finally get inside the app, it's not too bad to add stuff, but there are constantly errors when you try to add things to your list, especially if you're typing in text. It took me at least 10 tries each time just to add plain text or a link after ignoring all those errors. It's such a waste of time, that app is so glitchy. We're definitely going to switch to something else next year.
